1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PestZap website (pestzap.site or pestzap.online) or by scheduling or receiving any pest control services from PestZap, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services

PestZap provides residential and commercial pest control services in the greater Houston, Texas area. Services include termite treatment, rodent control, bed bug treatment, cockroach control, mosquito control, and general pest management. Service availability, pricing, and treatment methods are subject to change without notice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Service appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
• PestZap reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, technician availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information about the pest problem and property
• Ensuring access to all areas requiring treatment on the scheduled service date
• Following pre-treatment preparation instructions provided by PestZap
• Removing or securing pets, children, and sensitive items as directed
• Informing PestZap of any known allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities relevant to treatment

5. Service Guarantee

PestZap provides a satisfaction guarantee on qualifying services. If covered pests return between scheduled service visits, we will return to re-treat at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee applies only to the pest type(s) covered under your service plan
• The customer must notify PestZap of the pest return within the guarantee period
• The customer must have followed all post-treatment instructions provided by PestZap
• The guarantee does not apply to new infestations introduced after treatment

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Service plan customers will be billed according to their service agreement. Overdue accounts may be subject to late fees and collection proceedings.

7. Limitation of Liability

PestZap's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. PestZap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; property damage caused by existing pest activity prior to treatment; or damage caused by circumstances beyond PestZap's reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PestZap website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of PestZap and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

PestZap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
